The route on the way is attractive, we will find beautiful natural landscapes that recreate the view and invites us to philosophy and imagination. It leads the visitor to the mouth of the river, in the hamlet of Callango.
This grandiose “Canyon of the Lost” is located in Las Pampas de Gamonal, following the route of the almost disappeared Rio Seco, which flows into the Ica River (at its mouth to the Pacific Ocean). The canyon has a depth of between 100 to 200 meters, consists of 3 levels, being found in the 2nd and 3rd. level small lagoons with green waters. Upon arrival, the Ravens or “Gallinazos”, zealous guardians of the Canyon welcome us with their classic ritual in the air. As we walk through the canyon we will observe “La Plaza Caracol”, “El Desfiladero”, “La cara del Puma”.
