Important: The main luggage stays at the hotel in Cusco.

It is very important that you only carry what is necessary, Machu Picchu is a place to walk so you should avoid carrying a lot of weight. Macchu Picchu

Another important detail is also the rest, when arriving in Cusco it is very important to take some time to rest, at least the first three days, then you can walk around the city and take advantage of visiting the tourist places so that your body gets used to the altitude. and thus be able to avoid dizziness and discomfort. For the first day, it is also recommended to drink plenty of fluids and avoid heavy meals, preferably only a soft diet for that day.

It is important that you bring the documents with which you made the reservation, whether these are passports or your National Identity Document. Without these you will not be able to access any tourist attraction.
