The four-day Manu National Park tours from Cusco offer a comprehensive look at life deep in the Peruvian Amazon with our English-speaking local guide. Manu National Park Peru dominates most of the Amazon rainforest in Peru. It is a popular tourist destination mainly because it is home to various species of birds, animals and countless species of butterflies. In addition, Manu National Park Peru is located closer to Cusco. This allows travelers to take a several-hour excursion before or after visiting Machu Picchu.

Manu National Park covers 1,532,806 hectares (1.5 million acres). It hosts vegetation layers that rise from 150 meters to 4200 meters above sea level. The entire area consists of three zones: Manu Reserve, Manu Biosphere Reserve and Manu Cultural Zone. About 30 indigenous communities live in the Manu National Park. They preserve their centuries-old traditions and customs. On this four-day Manu adventure, you will also get to know some of the animal and plant species that live there.
